The Constitution dated 17 March 2025 governs Credicare. It can be amended only by AGM/EGM resolution per s.16.

How amendments work

1. Proposed in writing to the Committee at least 14 days before AGM/EGM.
2. Circulated to all eligible voting members.
3. Majority vote at the meeting (s.16.2.b).
4. Compliance check (ACNC + applicable law).
5. RP publishes new version with hash + effective date.
